restart, maybe the firewalls not opening the ports yet. If that doen't work, there's still more tricks to use.

Try to open sc_serv.ini
Control+F yport
chage yport=80 to yport=666, restart winamp/shoutcast

this is like seriously the 5th time in the past year ive tried to configure shoutcast

are your ports 8000 and 8001, still on the exceptions list? Was winamp closed when you installed the plugin?

Id download sp2 and try to get shoutcast to work, if it wasn't gay as ----.
