Either way SEND IN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM FOR THAT DAMN CAR!!! You don't want that ---- hitched on you still.
The form on the bottom of the title correct?

if they dont have any proof ---- both of them! report it stolen, and when they find it they will bring it back to you. or you could repo the ----------er. thats what banks do when you stop making payments for a long period of time, technically its thier car.

yup it's called lienholder.

But in your case, you are the registered owner, so if this douche does anything illegal with the car, guess whose responsiblity is it? Yours.

Call the cops and tell them he never showed back up with the car. They will probably ask if you want to report it stolen, and you say yes.

And you don't have an address or contact information for this guy? If not, you really need to do that, it's stupid to sell to a person that doesn't exsist (you have no info on him, he don't exsist).

If you're only out
and guy b paid guy a for the car
and guy b has the car
and guy b will give you 200
why not take it and give him the title, you're up 50 bucks and write out a bill of sale like guy a never existed.
