redwing boots, i have 2 pair and as long as the leather isn't too worn you can get them resouled. As long as you get the boots/shoes sized right you won't have any issue with discomfort. I was lucky to have back surgery at 19... i don't mess with crappy skater shoes since they wear out too qiuck and no arch support.
