I always thought Iraq was a land of smiles and sunshine where everyone was happy and dancing and singing in the streets praises for President Bush. Seeing those pictures confirms that I was right and all the major news organizations are in a big conspiracy to make Iraq like a bad place to live. I think I'm going to go buy a timeshare there before the rest of America finds out the truth what the evil news channels are doing in order to keep Iraqi property values down becuase the news companies want to build cheap vacation houses there.

People have their diff opinions about everything. The media only going to let you see what they want you to see, there always going to be cover up, conspiracy, one sided views, and diff opininons on the matter. you think the communist news network is bad here? you should see the EURO version. i had to watch that ----! when i was deployed during iraqui freedom. every story was about how we were destroying iraq. how they had now power ect
honestly we mock countries like china and islamic countries for being brainwashed by there goverment and media but were no ------- better. the sad part is that most people are so ------- opinionated about our country saying its either horrible or its great and they have never left their home region let alone been to other countries.

There was a link on Drudge Report some time ago to a UCLA study showing that there is actually a left wing media bias. Wish I could dig it up. Oh yeah, vizual_blur, the obvious reason you hate Marines so much is that you probably got your *** whipped by them more than once

Any news organization is out to support the beleifes of the journalist the sponsers and whoever else is in cash with them. The news is unreliable. You can skew it and veiw it from either prospective. News companys cant even accuratly depict a liquor store robbery and the chain of events that went down. I dont understand what makes people think you can lump an entire war orchastrated by thousands of people into a picture of a news column. Lifes to short to argue over little things like this.
