Wouldn't part out your car yet. I am in the middle of the same situation. Cop wasn't sure what happened so instead of growing some *****, deemed neither at fault. I'd get in contact with an attorney. Since you have significant injuries (hospital/ambulance)...Their insurance is much more likely to be cooperative

It's not really that I was trying to pass them on the right. I can't remember why they were going so slow on the left, or even where on the highway we hit, I think the trucks had just merged onto the highway from the left, then tried to get into the slow lane and didn't see me. Turn signals would have been nice also I think it was too late at that point anyway.
I had two xbox 360s because 3 people lived here. There are also two 50" plasmas that the theif didn't touch so I'm guessing it was some punkass kid grabbin a few things and leaving.

Damn man, that does suck...but you are lucky to have woke up at all, after tanglin' up with 2 semi's in a honda @ highway speeds...Call that broad up, and have her come over and nurse you back to health. That always makes me feel better.

Sucks man, glad your ok though, yeah stay the ---- away from semi's on the right side....bad news. reguardless who's fault you tend to lose. hold on to your ----, you'll get back on track soon....look on the bright side though...at least you dont have to look for a front end anymore.....

I've been waiting on you to post. I figured you got dual fucked so I would wait and post in your thread. I was the other room-mate who's stuff got jacked. Casey (the guy from Track Masters I got it from) said that other LS head was in perfect running condition when they took the motor out. Guy just swapped in a vtach for his turbo setup. You can use that, there are also those LS rods/pistons in my block you can have if there is any piston damage.
Let me know when you want to do the swap and I will help. Shouldn't take that long if we really get on it. Are you working? If not I can come up there and we can knock it out in a day if you have all the parts.
