Go to your local office store such as Staples, Office Max, etc. I buy rolls of it at Staples all the time. Its about $21.00 a roll.

I got my complete gsr swap shipped from VA to PA for $180. I would call around and see what the rates are.

I shipped a H22 head and block in different containers from nanaimo british columbia to irvine california and it cost 187 bux canandian, through ups ground , it was there in 4 buisness days. The problem is ,that they only ship up to 150lbs, ( your b16 should be around a hundred so no problem there )

As for shipping go to U-Haul buy an appropriatle sized box ( they are cheap and strong ) then go to home depot and buy a couple of sheets of the 1' thick pink or blue foam insulation . Tape the living ---- out of teh bottom , line the box with the foam, bottom and sides, place the block in and take what you have left of the foam and wedge it in between the block and the sides of the box till it is stable. Slap some some on the top , close box and tape the ---- out of it .

just do this... ive used this company quite a few times and they are cheap as can be (shipped 4 wheels/tires from ny to LA for $49) its called forward air (www.forwardair.com) just strap the engine to a pallet and drain it etc, drop it off at the terminal and youre good to go. The only thing with this company is that youll have to have the buyer pick it up from the closest terminal to them, but its usually worth the cost savings for both people.
