She's boosted *pics*
I didn't realize it was so dark out so most of the pics turned out like ----, but here they are:
I wasn't cool with the "hey look at my big as tach!" in the windshield and I have a pillar pod so I had to get creative with the tach mounting. It's pretty much useless now because it's so hard to see, but it's out of sight...
I'm waiting on an EGT gauage so one of them is empty, call me a ricer all you want. :P
My mess of Zeitronix and ECu ----:
My "copy and paste" for my future post on Honda-Tech:
This car started off with an 8 valve D15B8 swap. I quickly swapped that ---- for a 16 valve setup and dropped an EX tranny into it. I knew a turbo wasn't going to be much fun with those long *** gears and a bottle neck head/intake/throttle body.
Here is the setup:
D15B8 block
D15B7 head/intake/throttle body
EX transmission
Stock CX exhaust manifold
CX-HF/T3 adapter plate purchased from WeirRacing
.48/.60 T3 originally purchased from Down2Turbo
Oil lines purchased from www.--------------------------- and TunerToys
FMIC made by Custom Coach (CCA) www.speedpartsrus.com
Chipped P06 ECU by Projekteg
ECU running UberData
Silicone couplers purchased from StealthmodePerformance
Tuned with a Zeitronix Wideband setup.
Special thanks to HomeMadeTurbo.com
My grand total with the wideband setup was under $1000 complete.
She's running a steady ~12:1 as of right now. I put about 75 miles on it today just datalogging and burned an ungodly amount of chips, but it's running pretty damn good. My clutch slips like a mother ****** so that kinda sucks. I can gun it in 5th and as soon as boost kicks in it just shoots to redline. Almost ready for the races.....
