my cousin's daughter Emily was born today, in 2001. the day the planes hit...just goes to prove even anoungst tremendous disaster, miracles can still happen.

to me it still feels like it was just a year ago. i even questioned sinister's post when he said 4 years because i couldn't believe it has been that long. i remember the day it happened i had no clue. i didn't ever watch tv in the morning before i left for school so i was clueless. i didn't find out til almost halfway through the day. i remember walking through the hall to my first class senior year (which was technically 2nd period, so i missed all the annoucements which i'm sure included what had just happened this morning) and some of the usual student cousel people were in the commons glued to the tv. i didn't know why, i just figured they were being lazy as usual and found something good to watch before they had to head to class. it made me sick when i finally did find out what had happened.

Every time I see a picture of anything to do with 911,I allways think of how fucked up all those people in the planes first and then in the towers must have felt to know that they were going to die verry soon and there was nothing they could do to stop it

Horrible way to die.RIP all of them.

it was a sad day indeed. my uncle is a retired firefighter from new york city, and we didn't here from him for three weeks. it was traumatizing for all of those who were effected. only 14 people from his fire station survived. RIP to everyone that gave their lives so that others could live.

Word.

Man, what a day that was. I remember sitting at the kitchen table eating breakfast as my dad listened to the radio. The DJ said something about the towers being hit, and we both weren't sure what we just heard, until we turned on the TV. All I thought about, and talked about for the rest of the day was the crash.

Cherish life, because death doesn't discriminate...

thats my sisters birthday.
Yeah its my birthday too, 20, too old to get away with stuff, and too young to buy booze, what a lame age, and let me tell you, its pretty difficult to order a cake if you have this birthday too...

I feel for all of those who have lost someone on this day

i live about 1mi from the pentagon, even though its four years later there are still hummers with .50 cal's sitting on the side of the highway that runs alond the north side of the building.

if the pentagon wasnt built as strong and secure as it is that plane would have taken out the whole building

I agree, I don't think there was a plane that hit the pentagon.
