went ok.

i had all the exhaust and stock manifolds out after only about an hour.

but i have a few gripes about the header "kit"

the hardware that comes with it sucks, instead of giving you bolts that thread into the egr and air holes they give you long skinny bolts with nuts for the other side
the spark plug boots **** me off, they are hard as ---- to get off, i ended up using vice grips on the end of the boots to get them off...
this kit says it comes with "o2 exptensions" now to me that means a length of wire with two plugs on each side... an extension. no it comes with a spool of wire and a bunch of cheesy connectors, that really pissed me off cause i had to do a bunch of wiring.
the Y pipe is flared to slide over the collectors on the headers, its not flared enough. so the exhaust shop has to do it
all the pokey things around the coils that mash your hand to peices. my hands look like jenna jamasons -------
check engine light from no secondary o2 sensors... have to buy o2 sims

actually putting the headers in, is very easy and as simple as can be. the passenger slide right in, and i had to grind that stupid tab off on the driver side and that one slide right in.

drove it home open headers, its really loud... have appointment at 110 for the exhaust guy to flare the pipe so we can put it in...

the headers look good in there and there is a lot of ground clearence... hope it sounds good after entire exhaust is hooked up

took me about 6-7 hours, considering i had to rewire a bunch of ---- and i fumbled with the y pipe for a while and also took some breaks

I've been having problems with the crappy extensions I've read other people have too. Go with plug in clextensions and get it tuned to get rid of the rear o2 I broke my stock wires so thats why I went with Msd you shoulda done mounts too. Cut a few slits on the y pipe and make it fit. And why'd u go with the egr headers?

they are the only ones i saw, doesn't make much of a difference if at all.

i was really under the impression that the "o2 expensions" were two plugs on each side.

MSD sells real o2 extensions with plugs i will certainly buy those.

If you buy quality headers you won't run into this problem.

Not sure where the quality comes in but I was thinking how come you dont see many runnign a Dual setup? I would think it would work better with an X pipe or some sort of H and true dual from collector to tip. Havent seen under the car though

there is a lot of people who do. the ls1 corvettes come with true dual exhausts with a H pipe.

its just easier to run the y pipe and it really doesn't matter that much
