Why delay it? They don't want to rush things like this. In some cases where there is overwhelming evidence, it can be different.

I remember watching Dateline or one of those shows in michigan they found 20 some odd people innocent on death innocent with new technology in DNA. They also found people who already been executed innocent of all charges I think it was in the 5 person range. The system has it's problems but just jumping the gun can cause an innocent person to lose their life and in my opinion lossing your life over bad police work etc is a true injustice. Now let the flaming begin about being a liberal hippie.

chris, that makes sense to me.
Usually murderers get a good rep to begin with going into jail.
However, the fact that he killed his wife and kit means he'll probably get killed or ---- raped for years to come.
Now, you release a child rapist into a jail? That guys gonna be dead in hours.
Oh, and if anyone's not guilty, its Sam Shepperd. My opinion though.

I bet 95% of inmates have had problems in the past where they have fucked up pretty bad before.

nah... how about this...
1) find the oldest rustiest piece of ---- cheese/potato hand grater that you can find.
2) start grating from the feet up, slowly.
3) keep putting salt
4) make hashbrowns out of the flesh
5) feed it to the ******
6) throw animal feces at the **** and laugh at him
7) continue grating until both legs are gone, then repeat for arms.
poke out eyes, ears, tongue, and smash out all teeth.9) use laser to burn/seal the wound so that the ****** wont die.
10) let him rot in prison forever as a cripple, the prisoners will have fun with their new "spinner".
anyone who kills THEIR own pregnant wife should get steps 1-10.
