Subject: Your boyfriend....
Body: Can you get scammer boy to send out his parts that he owes to people on homemadeturbo.com? He scammed me out of a blow off valve/pipe, another kid out of an intercooler, about $200 worth through a few of us. Thanks.

Dan

This was my message to his girl, hope she punches him in the nuts or something of the like.

He "has up until today" to respond to my paypal notice, but bakerjeff already told me they decided in his favor and he got nothing

After careful review, we have concluded our investigation of the Buyer
Complaint described below.

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds
from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery
of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Please know that we will make our best effort to recover the funds in
question if they become available in the seller's account in the future and
will take appropriate action against the seller. Such action may include
issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account.
Keep in mind that PayPal uses a number of factors to determine when to take
action, including member complaints. Due to privacy laws, we cannot discuss
the details of any action taken. We hope you understand our policy and that
it assures you that you are safe using PayPal.
Surprise, surprise, eh? His gf read my message but never replied, I'm going to go through and find out the details of the transaction and call my credit card company...

Good and Paypal can eat a dick. ---- them and their bullshit "protection". Now they can foot the bill. EVERYBODY should pay with credit cards and when ---- like this happens just call them up. Don't even ---- with Paypal. Let them figure out how they are going to get THEIR money. I bet they work harder if the money is coming out of their ***.

Exactly, I like that one line:

As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

And look what happens to the seller:

Such action may include issuing a warning, a temporary restriction, or terminating the account

solution:

1) capture them both.
2) hog-tie tittyboy
3) ---- his old lady in front of him.
4) shoot him in the face(smith and wesson 500 mag works best, minimal face left to identify)
5) take your owed ----, maybe some other stuff that might suit your needs

your welcome in advance :P
