On October 27, 2005 we started receiving complaints about S&K Auto. We suspended their subscription to our service on November 4 because of these complaints. We are not sure whether or not they intend to resolve these complaints.
We have been informed by S&K Auto that they have resolved all of these complaints but my understanding is that this is not true.
S&K Auto's lack of performance has frustrated me because it makes my company look bad. Because of this, I have just left a message for Captain Musselman with the police department for the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia. I am hoping he will return my call so that I can provide advice to those who have been harmed by S&K Auto.
I will let you know of any developments.

I am writing to you to obtain some information about your transaction with S&K Auto and an update, if any, on your ability to resolve your complaint. I have, as of a few minutes ago, left a message with a police officer for the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia to see if there is anything we can do to "encourage" S&K Auto to refund your money.
