First, work on your grammar....
Legal way to do it -
call the police, (hope you have a record of what you sent him)

Money order - Request for a copy of it from whomever you got it... would probably take about 2-4 weeks
check - easy enough, go to your bank and request for a copy of it...
cash - YOUR SCREWED


file with a report with the internet fraud commision :http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/cyberfraud.htm

Then go to court.. file a small claims summons (your going to have to research this)
after you win, your going to have to wait 10 or so day (at least in Va) if he want to file for an appeal.
then you have to file for an INTERROGATORY SUMMONS, as well as GARNISHMENTS
You will get about 6 percent interest on the balance that he defrauded you, until that is paid off.

now your other option (depending on where you live) go over there and break his legs/arms.. this way , but he will never de-fraud anyone again...
as a security precaustion from any future lawsuits, You should protect your identity.(ski mask) lol
