Damage as in upper valve train, rod knock, remember the 4000$ is with parts pistons for this motr are 900$ alone! and it was a JDM motor the stamping proved that also all of the JDM parts are all marked in jap writing with the JDM stamp on the end of indenity# but what ever you know.! hope this helps somebody !

well you have dyno numbers posted in your sig...sounds like you may be at fault :P....either way, its tought to get a warranty on any car part honored

yeah the dyno number are higher then stock, but the company knows what i was going to do with it and wrote that into the war. what i did in mod's didnt void the war.parts that are needed to fix are pistons/rods, liter's cam lob's are grounded down from pressure from the locked up lifters, ( first time i have seen this type on thing) the next motor i am building is going to have alot more HP i will keep every body posted! hey i have another Q for every one : how do u post pics on here? i need to find a free or very cheap web host to host my pics thenx!

that was a brain fart, i cant remember what it is called, but he can be sued for this, im being sued by a local daycare for it, have a courtdate in a couple weeks for ------ing the "good" word around, i didnt even say anything bad about the place, just put out the word what happened and that she sued me for $92 because she was so money hungry and didnt care for the safety of my child...

ahh well, my son was there for 4.5 days and got bit 3 times by 3 different kids, so we snatched him out and she took me to small claims court over 92, so i ------ the word around and she sued me...but thats okay, i called today and asked her for her insurance companies name and agent to file a "gross negligence" claim that says noone was paying any attention when my son was bitten, etc etc etc, woman was on the verge of cussing me out, it was hillarious...i probably wont win anything from that claim but itll cause a shitload of paperwork etc
