i would definitely wait till this guy emails you back to see whats up, then also contact ebay to see if its legit..

thats just me though. i would never take any risks when it comes to big money situations.

Wow that was quick. Here's his response to my e-mail:

Hi,

The price is your last bid price of: $750 including shipping worldwide
If you're ready to do this transaction I need you to confirm your ebay username, full name and address, as soon as I have your information confirmed I'll start the official procedure, and eBay will notify you about this.

You'll receive important guidelines + instructions from eBay.

Looking forward hearing from you.

Thanks!

This sounds pretty legit.

Lol, your right. The "notify ebay" set me off thinking that than I would get a buy it now link like everyone said. I bid $750 and it said shipping was an extra $50 so that sets off a red flag. I sent him an email back:

What was the trim of the turbo again? I'm pretty sure I e-mailed you before and you told me but I forgot. And also from your location we're pretty close so I'll be able to come pick it up so shipping most likely won't be necessary.

Thanks.

So most likely its a scam. There's no way I would send him that much money, he is only 2 hours away so I would go and pick it up to make sure everything was ok.

I dug this ---- up just for you white boy. This is how an authentic eBay second chance offer looks like.

note the link in the e-mail to a special auction just for the second chance. Damn I wish I scooped up that second chance offer too

If you are gonna email someone, I suggest you go to the original auction and click the "ask the seller a question" button and then ask if the deal is legit.

LOL! His return e-mail from my previous question:

Hi,

Please include in your next email your:
Full name:
Address:
City:
Zip Code:
Country:

so we can start the official procedure trough ebay, and eBay will notify you about this.
You'll receive important guidelines + instructions from eBay.

Thanks!

Come on help me out, what would be a funny way to ---- this guy over?
