this is why i moved to minnesota

no emissions

but i had to do a test only once and my cousins homie owns a smog shop and i couldnt do it there so he called his friend to pass my whip. only paid 40 bucks

really? when we move there do we have to go to a refory or do they just test us?

same rules apply some places allow swaps some dont yadda yadda. I paid 250 to get mine done but the smog places out here are way shady just have to deal w/ it once a year
