No. The reason my best run had the worst 60' was because (try to follow LOL). Pedal on the floor for FTL, clutch 1/2 out RIGHT before it catches at the line, Slip it out and start letting of the throttle so when the clutch is all the way out and I'm past the FTL MPH kick off I don't spin, ease back into, slip 2nd not to spin, bang the rest.
The 14.4 run I had the clutch 1/2 way out the other 2 were from the floor (my clutch catches late) so that way I didn't let off the throttle enough for the shorter distance the clutch pedal travelled until completly engaged. Hence my better R/T then also. There isn't that 1/2 of clutch travel of no grabbing.
You hit 13.6 on streets? Z6 with 14b?

Re: Samson Goes to the Track - Part II
Hey man, nice runs for the second time. My best run this summer (went about 5 times to the track, about 5-8 runs a night--we only have an 1/8th mile track) was a 9.71 @74.3 mph w/an r/t of .889 though I had the r/t's down better but I had my head in my *** that run. Thats just the b18b in the civic-- so the turbo is pushin your d pretty well seeing that you ran a 9.4 1/8th in your best run. That run I ran a 2.2879 60ft (on the shittiest street tires possible)-- about .04 better than my normal ones, and that made over a .2 difference in my final 1/8th mile time-- it would make an even bigger diff in the 1/4 mile time. So yeah, work on the launches and you'll see crazy differences in your ET's and trap speed. I'd say with a 60ft time in the 2.8's or 2.9's you should see a 13 sec time slip easily. Rock on dood

.04 or do you mean .4 difference in the 60 foots will change over all .2 in the 1/8? Look again, my 60 foots still suck but aren't 2.9. Soooo I'm a little lost. I shooting for 13s on streets. That's still my goal.
