Default Samson AND Fastcrx Go To The Track...

Well, I was able to bug JD long enough to get him to meet up with me and go out to drag a little at the Mason Dixon Dragway yesterday. Overall it was a fun time, but we can both agree the track sucks horribly. I would wheel hop in the water box, but spin straight on the track itself. The track isn't the best and kind of rough, but hey when you show up and get 11 runs in (compared to the 4-5 I'm use to) it's worth it just to practice the basics. I honestly believe that the elevation is what played a HUGE factor yesterday. JD was trapping 103 before and didn't even hit 100 yesterday. Go figure. Well, I'm going to attempt to load some of the BETTER vids of us and some timeslips I have. JD come in and post up yours too, buddy. And on the side note, JD is one goofy cat, but definitly a fun dude to hang out with. Just like I thought he'd be, crazy.

R/T .011 .221
60' 2.468 2.358
1/8 9.567 9.442
MPH 78.82 79.13
1/4 14.473 14.406
MPH 100.00 98.93

Most of the runs were in the mid to higher 14s. Had maybe 2 15s runs. I got better at the light and started cutting almost all my R/Ts to under .1 at the end of the day. All my runs were on wild and wonderful winter treads. I was down to around 18psi then went to 15psi and cut my best 60's but slowed down my traps and I wanted atleast 100mph trap out of yesterday so back up to around 25psi and let her rip. JD was rocking all-seasons and he was toasting them all through first. I have the vid you can see he burns out better on the track then the box. LOL.

You met up with Joseph Davis? Also, what happened to your rims? Sucks about the times, but atleast you got some more track time in.

Yeah, I didn't quite notice the title.

You still have those rims, Josh? I might want them if the price is right...

Yea, that is a camera/camcorder and I know it does a VERY poor job, but it's something. That neon ran a 13.2 so it wasn't all that bad of an SRT. I rev up and down because it's easier to hold it at that RPM rather than keep my foot still at that ONE spot, not to mention I usually bump up about 500RPM when I go to launch.

That is JD as in fastcrx JD not JD short for Joseph Davis. I'll get a better picture up Dan, thank you though I appericate it. I have ones with my new charge pipe and housing.

High. That was one of the first things I noticed. I must have neglected to say that. ALL those cars were doing rough. Ran an SS Camaro that struggle to reach 13s. Those are 12 second cars. Let me try to find the elevation.
