and from what im seeing on google they weigh about exactly the same. so it would be as fast as an s2k if that. its a retardo swap.

dude sr20det engines are junk....those s2000 engine comes alive with the addition of a ractive intook, upgraded vtak sensor and a 3inch power tYpe R muffler system. I bet the car would be fun to drive....id def rock that

not literally double an s2k but s2k's weigh 2200lbs and 240's weigh about 2900lbs. s2k's aint even that fast they way they are so why put there motor in a hevier car?

As far as being a waste? I think the f20c is one of the best honda engines has ever designed, it does produce 120hp per liter NA, which is better than what nissan can do with a FI 4 banger (in stock form). The only waste would be the cost, I think I'd gladly put a sr20 in over it unless I somehow got the F20 for dirt cheap.

im rocking a stock engine in my 240 with a turbo kit, im sure that cost less to buy an s2k engine , let alone al the electronics.

ive never driven an s2k they look like fun cars but i gotta chime in that is makes 120hp/l but it doesnt matter when it has to rev to 9k and has weak torque and only 240 crank horsepower.

cost is what i was referring to as a waste. i didn't realize s2k's weighd more, i google'd it and i guess i mixed them up with each other. either way 240's are heavy as ---- and need to make more power to get the bitch moving, i guess it wouldn't hurt to put an s2k motor in a car but i wouldn't choose the 240 as the chassis to use. maybe an ae86 carolla.

Honda engines in stock form never make that great of torque, thats why we have this website. We can put turbos on them and make great power

FR just did a stock s2k and made 440ish whp / 270tq. I'd say thats pretty impressive for a stock engine with a turbo.

i had the same car, LS integra, it "felt" lighter lol. my integ i could push in my driveway by my self, my 240 requires like 3 people, 2 in the back n 1 multi-taskin (pushing n steering at the driver window). maybe its just in my head ?

p.s. i dont kno how your LS weighed 2800lbs when a 4door the same year should weigh more right? 4 door integ weighs 2490lbs
