They do not.

If an EBC can't counter the taper, any failing or lack in the EBC's setup would be revealed if disconnecting the hose going to the actuator was removed. Basically, remove the EBC and the system is still a pile of ----.

Because 3/4's of the work is already done for me...the placement of the flanges, piping routes, etc.

Ok, I understand what you're saying now. My wastegate will hold a steady 18psi through the entire rpm range if I unhooked the BCS, it's just that hitting above the 25psi mark is a little too much for the turbo to hold constantly. Hell, I can hold a solid 21psi also, but the spike makes for a little extra fun in the middle. Like I said earlier too, the FP model does have a bit of taper as well, but that's at an extremely high boost level with meth (most I've seen is 36psi with meth from that turbo, average on pump is usually a steady 26psi or so).
Either way I know my turbo's at its limit, and I want to upgrade more to a turbo that increase my airflow at a very similar or slightly lower pressure level while keeping it as close to the stock spool time. I know I can't have all of it, so I'd rather stick to the closest to stock spool time instead.
