Ron Paul can eat my ***. He's a politician, deep down he has politician goals. However, out of the candidates running he's in my top 3. You don't want to know who the other 2 are.

I honestly think the guys goals are restoring the United States republic. If he had fiscal goals, I don't think he'd bother taking a shot at the current system, as it would be more profitable to be a tool.

have you looked outside? interventionist policy is the reason for the price of gas.. the reason for the shitty economy.. the reason for the worthless dollar... the reason this entire country is going to ---- because were spending trillions of dollars on wars that we need not be in.. ron paul said it best not exact quote.. but yeah "theyre taxing us to go over there and bomb the bridges, then taxing us to go over there and rebuild the bridges all together while our own bridges are falling apart"

It is not the federal governments business to regulate Roe v. Wade. His idea of letting the states sort it out is a much better method. Your second point is pathetic and inarticulate.

Whats to like?

Abolishment of the central bank
Abolishment of IRS
Constitutional rights respected, as the constitution is a social contract between the people and the government. The government honoring that contract is what gives them the authority to stay in power. If they do not, their authority is not legitimate.
Non-Interventionism, It works and had worked for years.
Getting rid of corporatism and removing the g8's influence over the American government and people. i.e. the system of the World Trade Organization, IMF and World bank.
Diplomacy and trade.
Removing a majority of worthless bureaucracies and allowing the market to provide for us.
Giving us the power to trade with authority and put sanctions on goods if it will hurt industry inside the united states
Bringing back the gold and silver standard and not allowing central banks to print up worthless money, creating inflation and robbing you of your savings, your home value and the value of your retirement plan.

This is just a small, ad hoc list of what the Doctor would do.
