i got my really fake "Mazdaspeed" one off ebay for like 20 after shipping. that is cheaper then i could build one for. the connectors for 8ga are spendy and the local auto parts store doesn't carry them.

seriously. i redid my engine-chassis ground and had to make a good amp ground, so i got some 4gauge and the only ring connectors i could find were for 8gauge (lil modification made em fit well), ***** were like $5 for a pair. a basic HMT grounding kit you would probably use like 5, so there's $15 right there. then again, wire is pretty cheap. i got 20' of 4guage for like 99 cents a foot

if you try to build on like the kits it will cost you more.

- bolts and nuts
- battery terminal
- wire
- connecters
- metal plate to centralize all the wires to battery terminal

i used 6 wires on mine. so that is 12 connectors. that makes up 6 bucks right there. its just easier to buy the kit off ebay and wait a couple days to get it.

i just used some stereo 8 gauge and wired my old engine. there is no need for the expensive "jdm" rice ---- when you can basicly do the same from radio shack or any car stereo store.

the grounding kit is fine, but grounding your valve cover is retarted. the wrist bands arent my style but that strut bar is nice. this post is gay though
