If the car is still in your name, then legally, its YOUR CAR. Even if he's paid most of the money, you can call the cops and tell them you want your car and he has to give it to you, and if your stereo's not in it at that time, then report it stolen by him.

Whats the problem with meeting him and just taking it back just go to his house be a man . And make him give it back 90% of the people in the world are -----s and when confronted one on one will give you what you ask . -----s love phone tag they get lots of practice . To them it's an art form Just go up to him and be firm but not an ------- and get it back .
