Man, when I was like 15, we used to take peoples big green dumpsters and roll them up to their doors and fill them to the top with water from their hose. Then when it was full, we'd lean them against the door with the lid open(this only works with doors that open in) and ring the doorbell and run and hide to watch. When the poor ----------ers came and opened the door, the ------ garbage can full of water would tip into their house and flood the whole house....haha, good times.

Cut up bologna in the shape of letters and write something on their car with them. I hear it strips the paint off. If not, you could always dip them in brake fluid first.
Crack some eggs into a jar, let them ferment for a while. Hook up a funnel and vaccum hose so you can pour them into their apartment from under their door.
