So, being an active employess of the bank, of course my 401(k) is somewhat tied up in Wachovia stock.. Optional, of course! If any of you watch the market, you'll know that around the time we fired our CEO, stock was at $7/ share. At that time, I decided to move 90% of my balance in my retiremetn acct into Wachovia stock... So, this is where it is now.. Good move??

Daily, it's up and down, but I've noticed a steady incline the past couple weeks.

My 401K lost about 8% this year... I don't see things going much better next year either.

What do others contribute to their 401K and what does your employer match, if any? I contribute 5% of my paycheck + 4% match from my employer.

Comcast matches 100% of what you contribute and so far it's been going up.

They limit how much they will match, but I think it's way more than I get paid anyway.
