removing the tar

Re: removing the tar
Typically, if there's a lot, you can cut it out or use some type of scraper. For everything else, get some aircraft stripper (ZipStrip), or get a product called Ready-Strip (made by a company called Back-to-Nature). The Ready-strip comes in a few different strengths (you should be good with the lowest), but it is non-toxic and has no smell so you don't passout from the fumes. A little more expensive tho, but not by much.

I spilled a whole buncha oil in my trunk, so i had to scrape off a lot of that ----. A screwdriver combined with my arm got it off pretty easy. I'd imagine a hammer would work alot better. I dont think its worth the hassle to locate the dry ice b/c the time it would take to drive to get it, you'd have half the floor done in a puny rex.
