Default Removing stuck bolts on manifold.
Ok. well I'm trying to rip my exhaust manifold off, but one of the 4 bolts on the bottom are stuck :\ Threw some PBlaster on it and tryin to work it, but no go. Wondering if anyone has any tips?

Drill a hole and try an easy out or borrow an impact wrench.

kroil and a breaker bar... impact wrenches work good too. then drill it out... or try and get it hot...

The same thing happened to me. I ended up heating it up, clamping some vice grips on tight and smacking em with a BFH till it broke loose.

Whenever I pull a turbo at the yard I use speed skate lube (from hockey equip.) Maybe it was luck, but the bolts didn't even seem tight.
