nonvtec, its not really considered a fetus until its completely formed arms, legs, organs, and heartbeat, which is at the end of 8 weeks.

just depends on who you ask and what their religious affiliations are and blah blah blah... but health wise, its a fetus at 9 weeks.

im not going to get into a big argument, but i have no problem with abortion in most cases. it shouldnt be a "get out of jail free" for ***** who cant get their guys to wear a condom or dont want them to. but...its better than a kid having a shitty life imo (although adoption is an alternative). its a decision between giving away your child (and going through carrying it) to someone you dont know, or terminating it before it can survive on its own (im not a fan of late abortions)

I agree with you Chacko... there is a always another side to something. Thats why I said to the other guy, its not about killing something its about educating someone and they make the choice for themselves. I'm not in their shoes and I am in no way knowledgeable enough to make that decision for them...

But I do like your scenario...

I consider it murder when you're ending a life of something that could survive on it's own.

basically up till the 7th or 8th month, this isn't possible. I'm all for pro-choice, baby.
