I have a 93 subaru legacy. The ac compressor was siezed when I bought it. I bought one from the junkyard, threw it on along with the retrofit fittings to convert from r12 to r134, filled it up with cans from discount auto parts, 3.99 per can. Ac has been ice cold since I charged it in november. I live in south florida, summertime all the time. Ac is a must. I must of done about 15 cars like this without changing oil from the ac systems and without changing seals.
