A real friend is not someone who does anything you ask, or is always there.. Sometimes a friend is just a person you are able to talk to and that understands & is on the same common sense table.

real friends are there for you when you completely trash a van 40 miles away from home at 4am. They are also the same people that help you push that same van through an intersection, down a dark road, and up a hill.... lol

edit, and by call you on friday night i dont mean call you at 3 in the morning to drive across town because your friends are drunk and you just got off work and are totally sober
no one i know fits all thoes categories, i guess i dont have any real friends right now

A friend is someone who is there unconditionally and does things or offers to do things you DONT ask them to do.They are just allways there with no interest other than being a friend.Of course you have to value the relationship and be a willing to do the same in return.........Those friends are hard to come by
