The forum is growing at a rapid level, I really enjoy it because I dont have to answer any more questions, my moderators do all the moving/fixing posts.. and we have a good user base that can get most of the tech questions down. (less for work)

as far as paid sponsership?.. I do get little perks here and there, but I do alot of work to the site, and I do pay a monthly fee to keep it running. Doesnt matter, its well worth it. I have a new site I'm starting very very soon
