Not sure how it is in your state but here in VA you can pretty much tell em how you want it. Liek where you want to take it and you can state wiether you want new or used parts depending on your insurance. but they are insurance so their jobs are to keep the money so stand yoru ground. you pay them so tell em what YOU want you know.

that would be me... lol at this rate insurance is paying my tuition. i found an Si 99 for 4000 with 100,000 on and it looks very very clean localy
