At least now they have a tranny that lasts more than 2 rides.

how about the new polaris 525 with the KTM motor. that would rape a raptor also.

the 525 is slower than the rapt 700 in a drag race and top speed. but only slightly slower.
dirt wheels magazine did a comparison test on them. rapt wins in every department.
the only 450 quad that is faster than the rapt 700 is the yfz450 and thats only in a drag race and its very close. top speed the rapt is faster.
the only quads i've lost to that were stock or near stock in a drag race with my rapt was a pipe'd, box'd rapt and a yfz450.
search youtube for raptor 700r videos and you'll see a ton of drag races where the rapt dominates every 450 there is.
of couse all the 450s are better for track racing... thats pretty obvious.
but in a drag race the rapt rules
