I ------- pissed. Remeber my thread about the stupid ---- who bought my car. Well, we met toady, heres how it goes. We had to do it "professional" since I hold rank over him...anyways.
He comes in, says blah blah blah...said exactly what I had already said, did say that I sold him the car as-is, I told him the clutch line was all that needed to be finished, which I did, and I thought. anyways, he says the estimate to have it finished/drivable again is $700. (he had no estimate to show me) says the clutch I put in is bad, the tranny is shot, and "wires were hanging everywhere". Tranny bad. NO WAY IN HELL was the tranny bad. No grinds, shifted like butter, no metal shavings when I drained the fluid...no way in hell. Wires hanging, it was the diagnostic port that hangs. Its a little black box that says "diagnostic port" right on the mother ******.
my arguement, I sold the ----------er the car as-is. I did honestly think and I told him that all that needed to be done was the clutch needed to be bled. He said he wanted the car right away, SO i give him $50 to go have it done. He was happy. Never once did he ever look at the car prior to me selling it to him. I invited him several times to come check out the car as I was putting it back together.
Now I gotta pay $425 on top of the $50 I already give him to fix the car and have it drivable.
moral of the story. if you are gonna buy a car, make sure its in the 100% positive way that you want it when you buy it. If you dont think its what you want, dont buy the ------ thing. and if you buy a car as-is, and it ***** up its your own ------ problem.
end of rant. im so pissed right now, I cant even type.
