not a story about me, but my brother.. still funny so i thought i'd share..


around 5-6 years ago my brother was about 15yrs old. He needed part time job. Where do kids go when they need a quick job, fast food, his choice was McDonalds.

He'd been working there for about 2 weeks when the manager (or crew cheif leader or some BS like that) said to him he'd have to remove his tounge ring while working. He then said what about her, she has one and more and doesnt have to remove it. The manager person said that she'd been working here for years so it's ok.

my brother didnt think that was too fair so he told the manager person that it was unfair to treat employees differently and refused to remove the ring. The manager said I think you should go home for the day and think about it. He ripped off his apron right there, whipped it on the ground, picked up a hot chicken nugget. he threw it at the boss and said F you, I quit! and walked out with his head held high,..

thats my story.

This was awhile ago. First job out of high school before I was to go into the AF. I worked at a Ford dealership as a detailer. Then came the friday the week before I left to basic. I decided to go on lunch and went the mall went home and chilled out for a while and decided to come back to work and tell them I quit 3 hours later! Funny thing was that the sales people in the nice clothes had to wash and detail all the car that were sold and being delivered to the customers that day! The sales people there was mostly all ****** so it was worth it!

i stole 15,000 in ---- from k-mart when i was 16, now im 21.

tvs, dvds, anything electronic worth money... did it for 5 months. then one day the manager was like we know its you but now we just have to catch you.. so the next day i quit...not too obvious huh?

that's fucked up ghetto d. i always worked real hard at any job i had and i regret it to tell you the truth. when they see someone busting their butt, they want more and more outta you, just to see how far they can take you. now, when you work at the same level as the best employee there or a little less, i found this to be a good thing. when someone is new at a job and they start kicking but from the beginning and putting out more work then others that have been there for years, the others get worried and think one of them is going to get the boot cause they're paying you less and you're putting out more work. so they start nit picking just to make you look less than the top dog in your department. oh, and brown nosing and kissing but goes a realy long way too, i refused to do that and guess what? i got no where real fast. best thing to do at a new job is to be like everyone else there and don't stick out of the crowd.

that's cause they're scared you'll take their head off when you go on a roid rage!lol i used to put out more work than all the others at my old job and they laid me off cause i wasn't getting along with people. those people i wasn't getting along would start beef with me cause i would put out more work and make them look bad. i could'nt take ---- from them so i would get into arguments and soon enough they won cause i blew my top a few times and i got laid off. i'm better off now then i was at that job though.

you obviously work for a ---- hole... where i work everyone pushes eachother and you do not want to let your foreman down... differnt atmosphere i guess.

I only quit one job. I was bagging groceries and hated it. I stopped going for awhile and then realized I should go back cuz I needed money. I went back in and the shift person was like "You can't come back in until you talk to the manager" and I was like ---- that, "I quit."

I quit because I was about to get fired and I didn't want to have to put FIRED on my application.

definately true, it was a ---- hole. there where old ladies
that worked with me that would get stupid on me, plus old men and it was kinda like a snobby atmosphere. someone put a napkin with red marker in made to look like blood on an old ladies work desk once, and it just so happens she picks it up when i walk in the room. the old lady starts to freek out about the napkin and i so stupidly say "blood is gonna run" OMG 2 minutes later i was called into the managers office getting bitched at and saying they didn't know if i was gonna come in there bucking shoots like a terrorist kinda crap. oh and that same lady had asked me if i could touch up her cars buper with paint a week before that and i did it as a favor for her. hope she drives into a canal.

damm albert! i know how you feel! i feel the same way! im going to go apply at napa Auto parts. Atleast this way i will be doing ---- with cars and car parts! i think im gonna quit sooner than later! but keep your head up man!
