well being the official hmt meat head, i will give my 2 cents on tuna fish.
since carbs are a nono, no bread, i do the following..
mix it with:
hotsauce and nothing else
a slight anoumt of miracle whip with celery salt
1 or 2 crushed potato chips and mustard..
pickles and celery,
or straight up raw. i have developed a taste for this
but, dont eat too much tuna fish as it has a very high mercury content and you will start to get sick....
since carbs are a nono, no bread, i do the following..
mix it with:
hotsauce and nothing else
a slight anoumt of miracle whip with celery salt
1 or 2 crushed potato chips and mustard..
pickles and celery,
or straight up raw. i have developed a taste for this
but, dont eat too much tuna fish as it has a very high mercury content and you will start to get sick....

a little late, but my recipe.
1 can tuna - by the way the kind in oil has more flavor.
add mayo - however much you like, its better with alot, but not too much.
add lots of hot sauce(tapatio is my favorite)
eat with bread or crackers
as far as miracle whip... that ***** for old people, lol. it tastes disgusting. the only people who i have ever seen use miracle whip alot are at least 50 yrs old.

I am 34 (which, believe it or not is NOT old!) and I like Miracle Whip!! I've eaten it all my life, not just since I became "old."Miracle Whip Rules!!
