What I have tried with tuna...
Mustard = Good
Relish = Good
Mustard/Relish = Good
Cottage Cheese = Good
Eggs = Bad
Rice/Corn = Good
Mayo = Good
I ate a lot of tuna when I was working out and I usually just ate it straight out of the can. When making tuna you can pretty much mix it with anything you want. If it's a little dry mix something in it. Just make sure you mix a little in first... This way if it tastes like *** you haven't ruined a whle can of tuna.

Tastes....like....***....got it.
I have a lot of things written in my cookbook for tuna variations, but I wanted to make sure I made a note to check for the "*** flavor" content when adding ingredients.
