Auto's had a .48 exhaust A/R
Manuals had a .63 exhaust A/R
either will work fine, the smaller A/R will start to build boost a little bit sooner, while the larger one will be 1000rpm or so later. basicaly trades low end response for higher flow capability on the top end.
