Default Project I'm working on... (two lame pics)

I usually don't post what I'm doing or anything so I decided to make a mediocre attempt to show I am doing something, and it involves a turbo. Stripping some parts off of a 1989 Ford Probe GT Turbo, probably going to make some dough to fix my car, save some parts and use some parts to help my cousin's turbo project along (F22 turbo) We'll see.

(And FYI, even though it looks nasty everything on there is still good! What all should I take off.. other than the turbo stuff, of course ) Also don't mind my cousin lol...

I would take the bypass valve, intercooler, turbo, soft/hard pipes, injectors, clips (maybe?) and various ---- you can find that you might be able to sell.

That there would be like 80% of a turbo kit. All you need is uberdata, a manifold and to connect the o2 sensor housing to your exhaust.

Cool stuff.

LOL, the bypass aka BOV. You can't fit your pinkie finger into it, it's so tiny.

The ICs on those are supposed to be okay junkyard units.

yeah the Bypass/BOV/recurculation whatever thing is pretty junk.

Get the Injectors, they are 310's. Also grab the injector clips and seals. They will up the value of the injectors.

The turbo is small but worth something. The IC is decent too.

yeah, i had one of those probe/mx6 intercoolers before, it's a pretty good size for a sidemount. live everyone else said, take everything that can be used for turbo, basically everything except the manifold can be used somehow. i wonder what size injectors those things have

I figured they had 310's, that's cool then. Did I mention these parts are all free?

Eh, well I'm supposed to start ripping stuff apart this weekend. We'll see how it goes. I'm trying to see if I can buy this one 1999 Honda Civic HX and drive that daily and not beat on it, and work on the civic as we go. That way, I'll be able to have time to do a tranny swap, build the engine right, and turbo the sucker.
