i'm not trying to be a fad ricer here. If anything flat black is the anti-trend.
the ONLY flat black cars i've seen by me are beater pieces of ---- painted w/ a rattle can that look like trash; and my friends AE86 corolla. We rattle canned that bastard to cover up the rust :-p its now sitting motorless while he cruises his red 86 with a bent rod :-p
I like flat black; i've LIKED flat black for a long time but it only works on some cars. I debated on doing it to the civic but i thought what ht ehell. If i didnt like it i'd do some single stage dark blue ----.
i'm not big on spending money on paint jobs; i just wanted to get rid of that ricer 2 tone bullshit.
oh and the wheels are 2 different types and two different sizes :-/ also not my doing. I'm gunna; get some rota slips soon 4x 15x6.5" flat black
/edit: and we got the car painted tonight. Its drying at the moment. Tomorrow i will post quality high-res pics of the car put back together. We still need to paint the bumper and the wing/spoiler thing and paint the wheels/brakes so they dont stand out so much :-/
