The main reason I am putting on the body kit, besides me liking the look, is to get rid of the fender rust (back passenger side fender rusted) and damage on the car (front fender dented). Sell it...? no way! I love my little CRX.

I could very well be wrong because I have absolutely no experience with rexs...but are you sure a body kit would fix the rust on the rear quarter panel? I don't think that's part of the body kit.

OEM stuff is cheap too.

Rear fenders are part of the kit. I was going to cut off the rusted parts, grind re-paint an dthen fit the kit on.

Fender flares FTW that rivet on and some wheels with a wicked bad lip and offset.

are you talking about the "black widow 12 peice body kit" on ebay? cuz i had a friend who bought it and it was a complete peice of ----. nothing fit right. the hood was an inch too long and 3 inches too wide. looks like some newb made it in his garage with ten gallons of fiberglass. the undersides of everything wern't sanded at all. still had little bits of newspaper on it. i laughed my *** off at him for buying it. he spent three grand on it, then went to a local body shop and paid them to "dry" fit it. which is them rivitting everything on. paid and extra 1500. and his excuse was they used titanium rivits. he isn't too smart though, he still believes he has a 24 valve civic cuz somebody (me) painted it on his valve cover before i helped him put the motor in. im still laughing at this dumbass and that was over a year and a half ago. he still hasn't learned ---- about cars, but i made money off him so im happy.

When I replaced my rocker pannels, I went to the local sheet metal shop and they made me a pretty darn close to exact replica of the rockers for 20 bucks. They were prob. a little bit more of a pain in the *** to install but for the price you can't go wrong.

poor guy.... That's funny though. I am looking at the Spyder Wide Body kit for 88-91 CRXs, it's priced at like $1000 and I knwo one guy here who has it and is very happy with it. Seriously though I am new to this so I am not sure how else to get rid of the rust, besides just cutting the ---- out of car's paneling and then trying to figure out how to fix it.
