no worries jeff they wont send you to jail, i've had way to many friends violate their ---- to, its just a slap on the hand usually, besides look how long you did go you almost made it 2 yrs so at least it showed you attempted, they can look up you lost your job and see for themselves, just be like half the rest of yakima and get it for free. ------- bums.

Just focus on that you are going to school trying to better yourself and that you tried to re-enroll in the program but they wouldn't let you finish up.

dui is dangerous, but some of the ---- they have you go through for it is rediculous. chances are your prison is over crowded just like the rest of them and they'd rather put you on probation or something similar than lock you up.

go and talk to some military recruiters, and get something from them saying you were there. i know alot of people who that worked for. just act really interested.

then tell the judge, you want to try to help yourself out, and you think the military would be the best way, because it would get you away from all of the trouble, blah blah blah...

it might work? I know it worked for a friend of mine.

i got hit with a C felony and i'm almost done with probation....DWI and "stuff" i got sentenced to out patient program and anger managment type ----, why? i don't really know i'm a very calm kid. I also got 5 years probation and if i'm good i only gotta serve 2.5 the key is to make buddys with the guys in the program...i left a couple dirty things and they helped me out by not telling my PO real cool dudes. Try calling the program or your councelor and ask him nicely to talk to you're PO. Good luck guy i know how it feels to be in your situation.

Just explain your situation, I'm sure it will be fine. You've kept your nose clean otherwise? You're a full time student, I think that looks good on your record.

probabtion sucks. if you had 3 years left of it and you get 6 months in the big house, you're better off doing the 6 months.

i was on probation and got arrested while i was on it and went to jail for a night. not much fun. now i have reckless endagerment on my record
