ok here is the story. almost two years ago i got a DUI and went defered so i had to do a two year treatment program, five years probation and have an ignition interlock on my car for a year. well i lost my job in january and couldn't afford to pay for my treatment anymore so the last time i went was febuary. i have been trying to get back in for awhile but never had enough money to get back in. i sold my other car so i could get back in, but i got a letter in the mail saying i have a court date on friday for a probation violation because i haven't been going to treatment.
i talked to my treatment place and they said since i only have 10 visits left that i could come in and pay up front and i would be good. i went down today and the guy told me that it has been too long to just pick up where i left off so i would have to start all over . i told him i couldn't afford it and left. so now i have to go to court still out of compliance with probation.
anybody know what will happen on friday? ---- i can't afford to go to jail.

They'll probably tell you that you have so long to go back to the classes, and if you do not do it within that amount of time, you're going to jail. Sorry man.

LOL thats what i was afraid of.
i got a job in april but i am also goingg to school fulltime so that would screw me out of a whole quarter that is almost over.

Ha, one time I thought I was going to do the "right thing" and take care of my ---- and not be on the run. What did they do, threw a set of handcuffs on me and sent me to county jail. That was a fun drive handcuffed in the back of a probation car for an hour. I had crazy thoughts of getting the handcuffs in front of me and strangling the fat mother ****** sitting in the passenger seat. The bitch that was driving looked back at me and with a smile on her face she says "Are you comfy?" OMG I wanted to choke the bitch. That's so fucked up. Probation sucks. I got fucked over so much by my probation officers. ---- them.......

damn dude i dont know wat to tell you but i work with a gut thats in the same ---- as you and if slips once than hes up ---- creek but maybe theyll let you work somthing out..but if not run from them and video tape that ---- and post on here IF you make it home..

Yeah, I always think of the craziest situation possible and think about how crazy it would be to actually do. Sometimes I scare myself.
