If there was a deal made prior to the buying than i can see spliting but since the tickets were bought independently of each person than just because he was in your prescene when you won dosen't really entitle him to the winnings. So if this is the whole story and he gets all worked up over $50, than i think that deals that you cut earlier should be enough to even it out and if not, ---- happens.
