To post it in the forum its fairly easy. The image must be online somewhere. You would take the location of the image and you can either do one of two things.
For example when i post my hair *** in the thong pic I would:

1. put [ img]hairbuttimagelocation[ /img]

You would do that without the spaces in the brackets.

2. just click the image Yabbc tag above the smiles...second row fourth tag over and just paste the image location between the brackets.

as for the profile, you can choose a pic from the options or you can put your own there. You have to resize it though and have it somewhere online as well. You can find that in the profile link above...its in there somewhere

You need to upload it to a host. Try this one www.picturetrail.com and then right click on the picture once you have uploaded it from your computer. Then copy and paste the URL in between the brackets that appear when you click this >>>
