The media server is in the office

Living room has a 37" plasma cantilever wall mounted so it will poke through the opening in the entertainment center

HTPC running Vista Media Center+My Movies, currently have around 300 movies. Half are HD, the rest are DVD quality or better

Cheap RCA receiver+surround sound, all I need for the apartment for now

will post as soon as i get the tv in the mail and get a new tv stand.

how do i use vista media center? i have a wireless router and a ps3 will taht work?

You should look into this.. it's the main software I run on my old xbox.. It's ------- awesome and looks like they updated the software for windows PC, linux and even MAC..
