Theres a link to my first turbo setup on my EF. Stock tired a6 9-12 psi on t3 42/48. Not sure of the HP but the setup was good for consistent mid 13's on street tires and TE basemap, probly coulda pulled 13.1-13.3's or lower with a slick and a tune.

89 Si Hatch
D16a6 Motor with 180k+ miles
Skunk2 Intake Mani
Clutch Specialties 6puck Unsprung
Act Prolite 8.4lb Flywheel
Custom 2.25" exhaust with dynomax muffler
SSAC Crackalicious manifold
SSAC Wastegate
42/48 from volvo 740 @ 11-12 psi
2.5" DP with manual cutout
StealthNigga Oil lines
Racing solutions 2.5" IC piping
DSM 450's
Galant VR4 sidemount, then a Ebay 6" FMIC
Running on misc Turboedit Basemap on Chipped pm6
Car was good for 13.8's all day, easily 13.5 or lower on slicks, and even lower if i ever got it tuned.
