if you can run keep at it just dopnt over do it , if your body goes into "starvation mode" you own't lose any weight probably shoot for about 1500 calories a day, no pop frit juice any othat ----, nothing with the firt listed ingredient as high fructose corn syrup. even juices you would think are healthy use it. diet pop is not bad once you get used to it. if you want some extra help the eca stack is the best just start out slow because your body assimilates to anything you put into it and it will stop working. eca = efedra caffine asprin. efedrea is legal for products tat are use for astma, they just also have gaunifassen in them. buy vasopro from bodybuilding.com or where ever. search for that ---- to get the right doses. keep your diet in check. protein is what you wan tto eat. chiken breast (skinless) eggs fish. low glycemic inbdex carbs are fine. thats whoel grains. high glycemic index carbs are bad, like sugars. Your metabolism is what you need to focus on. if you starve yourself it will fall if you eat a little bit every 3 hours it will go up

I am actually trying to gain some more weight LOL, i am 5'9 and weight 160..working out trying to bring it up very slowly.
as of losing weight, you gotta watch what u eat and drink.
eat 5 to 6 SMALL ( lol ) healthy meal a day, never skip a meal, count your calories, protien and fat intake, no candy no junkfood whatsoever,ZERO, ZERO SWEET. Drink ONLY water and a lot of it. Never get to the point where you feel hungry OR full.

so i guess my plan of one meal a day sucks *** :P
well im fasting untill the end of this month anyways so i guess ill start the small portions thing after that
but chicken veggie soup no oil is prolly what ill stick to
i love throwing random veggies into a soup haha
