so far my license is at 12 points. i have gotten: 1 no license, 2 driving on susp DL, 1 wreckless, 1 speeding, and a couple other small ones. (not including today)
in VA 3 driving on susp = jailtime. teh cop said teh judge will most likely give me 3 days in the clank.
hopefully the judge will take into account my honesty when i was talking with the cops.

damn u were lucky cause driving in va as illeagal as u were is like is like a black dude or me p.rican going to a kkk party.they will hang ur ***. my brother had to do 30 days for having a accident with a suspended dl.my friend got 30 days a speeding ticket extra 500 fine and suspended license for a year just for doing 85 on the interstate.no offense but either ur a white person 
or ur just lucky as hell cause v.a. is real shitty about these things.well what ever it is get ur ---- staight cause u may not be so lucky next time.

My buddy got caught driver with a suspended license and he keep driving and got caught again. He got caught so many time he lost his license for 8 YEARS!!!! Then he was caught 1 more time. Went to jail for a year. He's out now, needless to say he doesn't drive anymore.

from my experiences, if you have gotten everything taken care of before you go to court the judges will be pretty leniant.

Now what if a dumbass like you hits my girlfriend or daughter? You're stupid enough to drive unlicensed and uninsured for a year for doing 70 in a 35, so don't tell me it's unlikely....
