I've never been into the whole n word, but i use the nig and nog quite a bit.

Like said earlier, I doubt anyone that uses it here would use it with some random person. Rule change isn't really a big deal, I just think a lot of people don't like that the "original" hmt is being changed.

Because its part of your dialect you cant speak differently? It's not beacause you are speaking like this with your friends that you can speak like this everywhere! The difference between here and with your friends is that with your friends you are together. Here you have probably 100k people watching at what you have written. It means, white, black, chinese, arab, kid, girl, sponsors, your boss, your wife etc. It's like to pass at TV, everybody can see you. Use commun sens, its not that hard.

I'm not well speaking with my friends but I can adapt my speaking with others... Here, I have to lower my QI (not too much, I have to translate) to have the same as yours, and talk like a chimp.

i know this. but in america, half the people in the south say the n word. its a common word. infact, its soo common, that its starting to become unclear where the line is any more.

its ok for a black dude to call another black dude a ***** but if its a white dude twards a black? nope. wont fly.

I know that this word can be commonly use, but like you said, a white guy cant say this to a black guy.

Now how can you know if a guy on this forum is not black? Or that a black guy is talking to another? You can't...

In french we almost never use this word because its very disrespecteful, but we have expression like "Travailler comme un nègre" (translate it in google) that even black man use.
